Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic and other current public health challenges have highlighted the shortcomings of the US public health system. The United States is in a unique position to call for a transformation based on Public Health 3.0 and the social determinants of health, and focused on partnerships with diverse sectors, while recognizing that the pandemic has changed the landscape of public health.
