Abstract
The study explores the relationship between governance quality and population health at a global level. Using data from 164 countries, the authors demonstrate that stronger institutional quality, transparent decision-making, and lower corruption levels are associated with better health outcomes. The findings highlight governance as a key structural determinant of health and a critical factor in reducing global health inequalities.
