Abstract

Organizing school and community programs is an important area for public health and health promotion professionals in Hungary. By involving young people, they can launch local initiatives that promote more equitable health conditions; one key focus of these efforts could be to identify the social determinants of health in Hungary, which vary both culturally and geographically even within the country.
