Abstract

Sleep health in Hungary, the quality of people's sleep, has deteriorated significantly in the wake of the pandemic, as confirmed by scientific studies. A healthy lifestyle and effective prevention have become more important than ever, including in the area of sleep. This is the focus of the 2026 program aimed at promoting sleep health in Hungary, which will take place on World Sleep Day as part of an international sleep conference at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences on March 11, 2026.
