Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present the basic relationship that exists between the efficiency of the performance of disaster management tasks and the system of technical conditions necessary for it. The suggestion itself seems trivial, but the author of the article believes that by exploring these issues and their relationships, it can help to reinforce this approach, pointing out the points of connection between the system of technical conditions and the efficiency of task performance.
