Increasing the safety of firefighting rescue tasks in the enviroment of solar system with particular regard to the possibility of voltage reduction – Part II.
Abstract
In the previous part of the article, the techniques and tools with which we can currently de-energize solar panels were presented and evaluated. The results confirmed that with safety and efficiency in mind the application of a new innovative device method for de-energizing solar cells, „liquid radiation blocking” devices, is the most effective. In addition to the PVSTOP discussed in the first part of the article, another product, the Solarstop, has since been released, which already has the necessary OKF license for the domestic distribution of the device. In addition to presenting the similarities between the two products, in the second part of the article, I present the characteristics of each type of damage and propose interventions for their safe treatment. Whit my study I participated in the tender of the Scientific Council for Disaster Management in 2022 when I was the third.
