RUS-3 russian rescue organisation's rating experiences of the UN INSARAG rating
Abstract
The State SAR Team in Khabarovsk, Russia, was awarded UN INSARAG certification in September 2021. The 36-hour IEC qualification exercise was the first time this had been done under the INSARAG guidelines, which were renewed in 2020, due to the long outage caused by COVID. The experience gained during the qualification exercise is important for the correct interpretation of the renewed guidelines and can be a valuable contribution to the preparation of the Hungarian teams for the IER recertification in 2023.
