Legal changes in the water management authority procedures

Abstract

Since the legal succession of the water management and water protection authority roles in 2014 the disaster management organization actively engaged in the governmental programme for the racionalization of the authority procedures and reduction of charges. It was necessary to develop the e-office routines and IT devices. The implementation of these developments was made step by step with conscious planning, involved EU resources. This
was a large scale project which was changed the relevant legal environment of the water management authority procedures.
