Az európai banki infrastruktúra védelmének néhány szempontja a tűzvédelmi oktatás és a kiürítési gyakorlat fényében

Absztrakt

A tűzbiztonság döntő szerepet játszik a kritikus infrastruktúrák védelmében. A kutatók azonban eddig nem foglalkoztak részletesen a tűzvédelmi képzéssel és a tűzoltási evakuálási gyakorlatokkal. E tanulmány célja, hogy a jelenlegi szakirodalom alapján áttekintést adjon a biztonsági kultúráról, a tűzvédelmi képzésre és a tűzoltási evakuálási gyakorlatra összpontosítva. Túl ezen a tűzvédelmi képzés és a tűzoltási evakuálási gyakorlat legjobb gyakorlatát keresve az EU bankszektorának tagjainak jelenlegi gyakorlatát mutatjuk be. Kvantitatív kutatásunk eredményei nem általánosíthatók, azonban következtetések vonhatók le a tűzbiztonsággal, a tűzvédelmi képzéssel és a tűzoltási evakuálási gyakorlattal kapcsolatban. A megállapítások összegzésével javaslatokat teszünk a tűzvédelmi képzés és az evakuálási gyakorlat szélesebb körű együttműködés és tudásmegosztás révén történő javítására. Ez a tanulmány új betekintést nyújt a tűzbiztonság és a kritikus infrastruktúrák védelmének jelenlegi helyzetébe. Eredményeinknek segítségére lesznek a biztonsági kultúra javításában, és fontosak lehetnek az alapvető szolgáltatások valamennyi üzemeltetői, a szabályozó hatóság, a szakértők, ellenőrök és kutatók számára is ezen a területen.
