Founding of the modern air defense organisation in Hungary as part of the war preparations after the 1st World War

Abstract

With the instruments of war getting more efficient, the attention throughout Europe shifted to the establishment of civil air defense organizations, thus the mitigation of the risks and damages of air strikes. The need for an air defense organization was high worldwide and in Hungary. The article reviews the creation of a modern air defense organization after the First World War.
