Communications questions in case of chemical accident

Abstract

Due to scientific and technical development, the amount of hazardous substances produced and used is continuously increasing. The process also involves the occurrence of chemical accidents. The most important task is to prevent those accidents, but disaster management organizations must be prepared for possible damage elimination too. An important task of the elimination of chemical accidents is the protection of the human environment. For successful protection the adequate information of the population, the communication is indispensable In my paper I study the current issues of communication in case of accidents involving dangerous substances. My aim is to help people in the field of public information with my research results and practical experience.
