Technical requirements for the supervision of under tier establishments – part I.
Abstract
The Hungarian legal regulations on industrial safety cover the implementation of the tasks related to the system for the protection of major industrial accidents involving dangerous substances. The authors of this series of article introduces the results of the assessment of legal regulations and technical requirements associated with the so called under tier establishments. The first part. of the series of articles contains the overview and interpretation of the legal instruments used for the regulation of the requirements to be implemented by under tier establishments. The second part will deal with the overview of the technical requirements used for the qualification of the risk caused by the under tier establishments.
