Article review: Hidden factors underlying dietary intake in low-income groups
Abstract
Obesity inequalities are partly due to differences in dietary intake between socio-economic groups. The researchers' aim was to develop and apply novel causal loop mapping methods to produce an evidence-based map of the system of environmental factors that drive the diets of low-income groups.
