Börtönügyi Szemle (Prison Review) is the quarterly scientific and professional journal of the Hungarian Prison Service, which has provided a platform for decades to discuss the theoretical and practical issues of the field. Published under the auspices of the National Headquarters of the Hungarian Prison Service, the primary objective of the publication is to support the professional activities of the correctional organization, to publish various research findings, and to present international trends and best practices through a pragmatic lens.
