The Editorial Board of Correctional Review applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the scientific quality and impartial evaluation of submitted manuscripts. As an Open Access journal, it makes published articles and complete issues freely accessible to readers.

The journal accepts and applies the principles of Creative Commons licensing and places special emphasis on protecting the rights of both authors and reviewers. Accordingly, no submission or publication fees are charged in connection with manuscript submission.

The Correctional Review is committed to the principles of scientific integrity and publication ethics. To this end, it takes all necessary measures to ensure the originality of manuscripts and the credibility of scholarly publications.

Authorship

A person qualifies as an author if they have made a substantial contribution to the design of the research, the collection or analysis of data, the preparation of the manuscript, and the approval of its final version. The provision of funding, professional guidance, technical, editorial, or administrative support alone does not in itself qualify a person for authorship.

The corresponding author is responsible for submitting the manuscript, ensuring the accuracy of the data, properly crediting all authors, and ensuring that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript and have consented to its submission and publication.

Plagiarism Screening

Authors are encouraged to verify the originality of their manuscripts and ensure the proper citation of all sources before submission. The Editorial Board does not accept for publication manuscripts containing plagiarism or self-plagiarism that is inconsistent with accepted standards of scholarly publishing.
