A reintegráció nemzetközi gyakorlata és a reintegrációs őrizet
Absztrakt
Jelen tanulmányban kísérletet teszek nemzetközi példákon keresztül bemutatni a reintegrációt, különösen Olaszország és Belgium példáján keresztül, míg a reintegrációs őrizet vonatkozásában elsődlegesen az eddigi hazai gyakorlatot veszem górcső alá. Bemutatom a reintegráció vonatkozásában az olasz és belga modell előnyeit, hátrányait és a reintegrációs őrizet elrendelésének feltételeit, objektív akadályait és működésének technikai kritériumait.
