Betegségek, amelyek szerepe kevésbé ismert a kardiovaszkuláris kórképekben, azok rosszabb klinikai prognózisában 1. rész
Absztrakt
A hagyományos kockázati tényezőkkel értékelt kardiovaszkuláris egyéni kockázatokon túlmenően bizonyos betegségek, klinikai állapotok is kedvezőtlenül befolyásolhatják a kockázatot. Némely alapbetegségek a kockázatot növelve akár a kardiovaszkuláris betegségek kiváltó okai is lehetnek, illetve azok rosszabb klinikai prognózisával járhatnak. A közlemény olyan kardiovaszkuláris kockázatot növelő, betegséget kiváltható kórképeket mutat be, amelyek nem szerepelnek a hagyományos kockázati tényezők között: autoimmun-, reumatológiai-, krónikus vese-, obstruktív tüdő-, daganatos-, hematológiai betegségek.
