A pancreas adenocarcinoma szűrési lehetőségei
Absztrakt
A pancreas adenocarcinoma élettartam incidenciája 1,3%, viszont az incidenciája és mortalitása is egyaránt növekvő tendenciát mutat. A daganat igen rossz prognózisú, az 5 éves túlélés 10–13% körül van. Az igen gyakori előfordulásra és rossz kimenetelre való tekintettel merül fel a kérdés, hogy szűréssel javítható-e ezen betegség prognózisa, és ha igen, kiket és hogyan is szűrjünk?
