Ásványianyag- és vitaminhiány coeliakiában
Absztrakt
A coeliakia (CD) krónikus, immunmediált enteropathia, amelyet a gluténexpozíció vált ki genetikailag fogékony egyénekben. A betegség prevalenciája világszerte 1% körül van, ugyanakkor a diagnosztizálatlan esetek aránya nagy. A kezeletlen, aktív betegségre jellemző a vékonybél-nyálkahártya károsodása és a következményes felszívódási zavar, amely számos tápanyaghiány kialakulásához vezethet. Kiemelt jelentőségű a vas-, folsav-, cink-, B12- és D-vitamin-hiány, amelyek felismerése nemcsak a diagnózis felállításában segíthet, hanem a hosszú távú kimenetel és az életminőség szempontjából is meghatározó. Közleményünkben a coeliakiában leggyakoribb vitamin- és ásványianyag-hiányok előfordulását vizsgáltuk, és áttekintettük a témában rendelkezésre álló szakirodalmat.
