Hemimaxillectomián átesett páciens protetikai rehabilitációja
Absztrakt
A traumás vagy rezektív sebészeti okból kifolyólag kialakult oronazális vagy oroantrális fisztulák kezelésében két opció áll rendelkezésünkre: a helyreállító sebészi és a helyreállító protetikai ellátás. A választás ezen lehetőségek között azonban a legtöbbször nem egyértelmű: nem tisztázott ugyanis, hogy az adott páciens számára mely kezelési módozat kecsegtetne a legjobb eredménnyel. A cikkben bemutatott eseten keresztül, valamint a terület szakirodalmának áttekintésével körüljárjuk a kérdéskört.
