A traumainformált büntetés-végrehajtás alapelvei
Absztrakt
A tanulmány célja bemutatni a traumainformált büntetés-végrehajtás alapelveit, ezért röviden meghatározzuk, mit jelent a trauma elsősorban pszichológiai nézőpontból, majd az Amerikai Egyesült Államokbeli Kábítószerügyi és Mentális Egészségügyi Szolgáltatások Kormányzati Igazgatósága (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, SAMSHA) által javasolt útmutató alapelvei és fogalmai alapján vesszük végig a traumainformáltság jelentését és alkalmazhatóságát a büntetés-végrehajtási rendszerben.
