„Életre ítélve” – Sorozatgyilkosok a rácson innen

Absztrakt
A Börtönügyi Szemle 2016/1. számában áttekintettük a sorozatgyilkosok „rácson túli” életével és aktivitásával kapcsolatos főbb kérdésköröket. Átfogó képet adtunk a „sorozatgyilkos” kifejezés eredetéről és jelentéséről; tárgyaltuk a sorozatgyilkosok általános jellemzőit; valamint ismertettük a tipizálásukra vonatkozó főbb elképzeléseket; majd a női sorozatgyilkosok jellemzőit gyűjtöttük össze. A jelenlegi számban a sorozatgyilkosok „rácson inneni” életének nemzetközi és hazai jellemzőit vizsgáljuk. A következő Szemlében pedig a sorozatgyilkosok többségét is érintő tényleges életfogytig tartó szabadságvesztés büntetés (TÉSZ) alig több mint másfél évtizedes múltját elemezzük, górcső alá vesszük a jelenlegi gyakorlatot, és javaslatokat fogalmazunk meg a jogintézmény megváltoztatása érdekében.
