The impact of the new Criminal Procedure Act on the Prison Service, in particular to the enforcement of the coercive measures
Abstract
In my paper I look for the links that connect the criminal procedure with the execution of the punishment. The law on the enforcement of penalties is partly contained in the Criminal Procedure Code and in large part in the Code for Prison Service. In my study, I intend to show that one area of the law may not be examined only in itself alone, but must always be looked together with the regulatory system regarding other branches of law.
