Abstract

In the light of Ebeling’s wordevent, this paper seeks to understand how far the Jesus event can be interpreted as a witnessnarrative in the contemplation and interpretation of universals in the midst of today’s meta-modern theologising. This far-reaching process rests on many pillars. Through the aspects of nominalism, realism, and the views of Duns Scotus, the author seeks to interpret the actuality and the message of phenomenology for the benefit of theological interpretation.
