Objective measurements of load-ability and performance optimisation during helicopter pilot training
Abstract
In this article we present the optimisation of helicopter pilot training based on physiological, physiological measurements. The training period for trainees joining the Air Police of the Emergency Police Service has been reduced from 36 months to 18 months using our methodology. In the process, the level of knowledge and expectations has not been reduced.
