The legal liability of autonomous cars
Abstract
The article reviews the development and types of self-driving cars, the forms of liability in different areas of law and the expected social and economic effects of the proliferation of these automated vehicles. Significant attention is also paid to road accidents caused by self-driving and “socalled” conventional vehicles.

The journal archives all published articles, and the journal's owner, the Hungarian Society of Transportation Sciences, will continue to operate the database even if the journal ceases to be published.
