About the Journal

According to the Statutes of the Transport Sciences Associaton, one of its goals is “to publish and popularize the results of transport science”. To this end, it publishes a very prestigious Hungarian-language scientific journal in the field of transport science (Transport Science Review). The editorial board operates with the participation of the president, editor-in-chief, and editorial assistant. The editorial board has a total of 15 members, among whom the contributors are representatives of the various transport disciplines.

Aims and scope

The Transport Science Review - the only Hungarian-language journal registered by the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Hungary in the field of transport as a discipline - provides a publication platform for (primarily) university students, university lecturers, and researchers. The journal's subject area covers a wide spectrum of research related to transportation engineering, vehicle engineering, and logistics engineering, supplemented by civil, architectural, and economic aspects relevant to the transportation system.
