Mesterséges intelligencia alapú megoldások az egészségügyben
Telemedicina mint a digitális hálózatba kötött csapatmunka
Abstract
Abstract
The digitalisation of healthcare is one of the most topical issues for the present and future of healthcare, in particular the new form of doctor-patient interaction provided by a diagnostic or therapeutic remote monitoring procedure supported by a portable info-communication device. By providing both the doctor and the patient with access to and use of digital and objective data about the patient through innovative health technologies, the relationship between the two parties will become more collaborative. Meanwhile, we should also not forget about the dangers and risks involved, as in the field of digital health, very careful attention is required to ensure the security of the implementation of data-driven solutions and artificial intelligence developments, as well as the legal access to large amounts of health data. The number of attacks in cyberspace is constantly increasing, and healthcare is the third most vulnerable sector. One of the most important questions is perhaps how to protect sensitive data generated in the course of health maintenance and patient care. The aim of this study is to present a brief overview of the use of artificial intelligence to support cyber defence in the healthcare sector. Overlaps with infrastructure protection, individual security levels and appropriate data protection are significant.
