Central Graduate Nurses PILOT Program at Bethesda Children's Hospital
Abstract
One of the fundamental crises in the domestic healthcare sector is caused by the critical shortage of specialist nurses. The consequences of this affect patients to such an extent that it threatens the highest quality, most modern patient care, and the safety of both patients and employees. Reducing the shortage of nurses and leaving the profession is only possible by ensuring moral and professional appreciation, advancement, and a positive vision of the future, in addition to worthy financial appreciation. For this purpose, the Bethesda Children's Hospital developed a two-year continuing education program for central graduate nurses, to which we would like to invite interested parties with our manuscript.
