Éjszakai bruxizmus és erózió okozta fogkopás esztétikai rehabilitációja
Absztrakt
Magas esztétikai igényű fiatal női páciensünk esetén nagy kihívást jelent a bruxizmus és savas erózió okozta fogkopás
teljes szájüregi rehabilitációja. Ha a fogkopás csak a frontfogakra és kísőrlőkre terjed ki, a rendelkezésre álló kicsi interokkluzális tér nem biztosítja a megfelelő helyet a frontfogak eredeti magasságának helyreállítására, így az esztétikai rehabilitációnk során a vertikális harapási magasság helyreállítása is megtörtént. Fontos a kiszámítható és temporomandibuláris ízületre kiterjedő gondos kezelési terv készítése, melyhez a digitális technológiák a mosolytervezés, a fordított tervezés, azaz a backward planning és a 2 hónapig viselt funkcionális ideiglenes fogpótlások másolása (copy paste dentistry) során voltak segítségünkre. A harapásemelés mértékének megállapításához hagyományos intraorális rajzolókészüléket alkalmaztunk, és a végleges fogpótlás minimálinvazív preparációt követően, magas esztétikájú monolitikus üvegkerámiából készült el.
