Abstract

Diet (in particular whole food plant-based diets) and physical activity (PA), sports & exercise are each well-accepted as medicines and are sound recommendations to improve one‘s state of health, especially when permanently linked for a dual approach of „healthy eating – active living“ (1) as a minimum recommendation to sustainable and lifelong health (2-4) – all the more during COVID-19 times of crisis.
