Abstract
Protecting the mental health of healthcare workers is crucial, and the ISO 45003:2021 standard provides a structured approach to address this challenge. This article explores the identification of psychosocial risks, the development of preventive and intervention strategies, and the measurement of their effectiveness. Leadership commitment and employee participation are key to establishing sustainable mental health initiatives in the workplace.
