Időskorú fogvatartottak
Absztrakt
Az időskorú fogvatartottakra vonatkozó vizsgálat célja az volt, hogy bemutassuk, hogy a főbb nemzetközi trendekhez képest a magyarországi börtönpopulációt milyen folyamatok jellemzik. Első lépésben a fogvatartással kapcsolatos nemzetközi, általános problémákat tekintjük át, majd rátérünk a hazai helyzet vizsgálatára. Az adatok elemzéséhez a Fogvatartotti Alapnyilvántartó rendszer 1995–2015 közötti, összes fogvatartásra vonatkozó adatát, valamint a Kockázatelemzési és Kezelési Rendszer fejlesztése keretében, 2015-ben felvett Prediktív Mérőeszköz feldolgozott kérdőíveit használtuk fel.
