The Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Law's issue no. 32 primarily but not exclusively consists of articles on topics related to the interface between, on one hand, constitutional law, and, on the other hand, the environment or the agriculture. One can read the constitutional aspects of environmental protection or agricultural issues in the context of Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the current issue includes an article on the criminal law relevance of environmental protection, the analysis of the precautionary and non-refoulement principles in public law, land consolidation in Croatia, as well as the early stage of competition-related provisions applying to agri-food markets in the United States.
