Abstract
In this article, the authors analyze the question of when it is lawful for a new owner to replace the previous owner in a land use contract in the context of the relationship between administrative approval of agricultural regulatory bodies and land registration in the case of sharecropping. The authors set up the definition of public law expectant for the person not having an administrative authorization.
