The author guidelines are included in the template prepared for manuscripts. Manuscripts will only be accepted for review if they are edited in this template and in accordance with the guidelines.

Checklist for preparing the submission

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check that their submission meets the requirements listed below, and submissions that do not comply with the guidelines may be returned to the author.

• The submitted material has not been previously published and has not been previously reviewed in another journal (see Notes to the Editor for further explanation).
• The submitted file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, document file format.
• Where possible, DOI or URL references are provided.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements set out in the Author's Guide.
