Motivációs kérdések a foglalkoztatásban - ösztönzési és motivációs technikák eredményességének vizsgálata egy magánegészségügyi intézményben
Abstract
The aim of the research was to examine the motivation of the employees at the Ltd. company and the effectiveness of the motivational techniques used within the company. According to the initial hypothesis, financial benefits were not considered the primary motivating factors for healthcare workers. Based on data collection and analysis, it was revealed that financial benefits actually play a very important role in the workplace motivation of healthcare workers. The majority of the respondents expressed that competitive salaries and benefits are fundamental to their employment and commitment to their work. At the same time, further results of the analysis showed that besides financial benefits, other factors also play a significant role. For example, the quality of the work environment, opportunities for professional development, the positive impact on patient care, but most importantly, recognition and praise. These findings refuted the initial hypothesis that financial benefits are not the main driving force for healthcare workers. The research results suggest that although money plays an important role in workplace motivation, other factors also have a significant impact on workers’ motivation in the healthcare sector. Based on the examination of the company’s employees, the techniques preferred by management, such as the use of words of recognition and offering a helping hand, can be considered quite effective. However, these methods do not adequately motivate every employee, so it is worthwhile to apply motivational techniques tailored to the needs of the remaining small group alongside the existing and currently used methods.
