- do not receive royalties from the publishers of the Central European Academy Law Review, and they do not pay for publication;

- are entitled to download and print the digital version of their article published in the Central European Academy Law Review;

- are entitled to publish their article without any modification on other websites.  

 

The readers are entitled to download and print the digital version of the articles published in the Central European Academy Law Review.

 

Anybody using any published articles in the Central European Academy Law Review in whole or in part shall cite the article in a way applicable to the relevant field of study.
