Digitális technológiák a büntetés-végrehajtásban
Absztrakt
A jelen tanulmány kiindulópontját az a feltevés jelenti, hogy az a börtönkörnyezet, amely a fogvatartottakat távol tartja a digitális világtól, hátrányosan befolyásolja reintegrációjuk sikerét. Ezen feltevésre tekintettel bemutatja azokat a börtönügyi kísérleteket, amelyek a különféle digitális technológiák alkalmazására, büntetés-végrehajtásba történő beültetésére irányulnak. Így ismerteti többek között a fogvatartottak elektronikus levelezésének, a videó-látogatásoknak, az internethez való hozzáférésnek a modelljeit, érinti az ún. telemedicina kérdését, illetve bemutatja azt a belga kezdeményezést, amely egy igen szerteágazó digitális platformot nyújt a fogvatartottaknak.
