Fogvatartotti programok értékelése és akkreditációs rendszere az angol büntetés-végrehajtásban
Absztrakt
Jelen tanulmányban az angol büntetés-végrehajtási szervezet reintegrációs programjainak komplex értékelési és akkreditációs rendszerét mutatjuk be, kitérve a konkrét eljárásrendi kérdésekre és az akkreditáció során vizsgált kritériumrendszerre. Az angol rendszer bemutatásának végén kiemelünk néhány hazai szemmel is érdekesnek és megfontolásra érdemesnek tartott fogvatartotti programot, majd pedig a magyar Büntetés-végrehajtási Szervezet reintegrációs programjai nyilvántartási rendszerének aktuális állapotát, problémaköreit mutatjuk be röviden, és a lehetséges fejlesztési irányaira vonatkozóan villantunk fel néhány lehetőséget.
