The role of practicing religion inside prison in the reintegration process
Abstract
The laws on practicing religion inside prisons and on the prison pastor service have been undergoing significant changes since the year 2000. The study is on one hand intended to show changes in regulation and on the other hand emphasizes the importance of the teachings of the XXI. Century Christian Protestantism on the church and on Christianity. There is a change in the situation of churches in the life of the inmates in prisons. What is considered to be an effective reintegration? How does the church help prisoners in reintegration processes through religious practice? The author of this paper provides guidance on these issues.
