International practice of reintegration and electronic monitoring
Abstract
In the present study, I attempt to illustrate reintegration through international examples, particularly those of Italy and Belgium, while in the context of electronic monitoring I focus primarily on domestic practice to date. I present the advantages and disadvantages of the Italian and Belgian model in terms of reintegration and the conditions, objective obstacles and technical conditions for the electronic monitoring.
