Digitalisation and educational opportunities in the Hungarian Prison Service
Abstract
The study examines the possibilities for modernizing healthcare in Hungarian prison institutes, with a particular focus on improving first aid skills. The aim is to create a digital educational platform – ‘BvStud’–, which would help prepare the staff with its ‘eFirst Aid’ module. The platform would use VR and simulation technologies to reproduce realistic stress situations, simulating the environment of prison institutes. The aim is to achieve a high level of health preparedness, which increases safety and reduces the risk factors that occur in the everyday life of prison institutes.
