Abstract

Digital solutions that can predict, mitigate, or even prevent incidents are becoming increasingly important in the operation of the prison service. This study explores the ways in which drones, video and audio analytics, biometric systems, heartbeat sensing technologies and AI-driven behaviourrecognition tools can be integrated into a unified, responsive security ecosystem. The research focuses on the role of virtual staff trainings and digital learning materials, which have become natural tools for the young generation of leaders in their ongoing preparation. The use of modern technological tools not only speeds up situational awareness, but also raises the efficiency of crisis management and the soundness of decisions to a new level.
