Contact and communication during epidemic
Abstract
In an unprecedented epidemic emergency situation lasting for almost a year now and impacting profoundly the whole country, the Prison Service must also give appropriate responses to the constantly challenging atypical professional situations. In this study, I present these professional and legal solutions with particular attention to the contact between prisoners and their contact persons in general, the original role of receiving visitors, and the longterm possibilities of Skype based contact that has temporarily replaced the reception of visitors.
