Smart tools and customs solutions in the Hungarian prison system
Abstract
In this study I examine the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in the Hungarian Prison Service. I will present a few elements of the security system, in the light of the artificial intelligence and smart devices. I also highlight several AI based tools and methods that are currently in use in the Prison Service, and I analyze their effectiveness. I look at some future-shaping opportunities that can help the organization to accomplish its tasks effectively in the short term. The protection and safety of prison staff, and last but not least the reduction of living force can be achieved by modern technical means. As a result of the research, we can learn what impact of the use of AI based technology may have on the performance and productivity of the prison service in the future.
