The study titled *Case Studies in Wine and Gastronomic Tourism Management* is a timely and valuable scholarly work that deserves a prominent place in higher education programs focusing on tourism, hospitality, gastronomy, and destination management. The case studies cover a broad thematic spectrum, including the fundamentals of hospitality, café tourism in Budapest, gastronomy, wine tourism, wine marketing, wine route management, pricing, hospitality management, festival sponsorship, branding in rural culinary tourism, and destination marketing related to the Valley of the Beautiful Women (Szépasszony-völgy).
