Vállalkozáskutatás és a vállalkozói ökoszisztéma biológiai metaforája
Absztrakt
Ez a tanulmány a vállalkozások mérésének fejlődését vizsgálja az önfoglalkoztatások számától és a startupok arányától a rendszerszintű, kontextusközpontú indexekig, és egy biológiai metaforát javasol, amely összekapcsolja a vállalkozási típusok állatvilágát (egerek, elefántok, gazellák, sárkányok) az élőhelyi növényvilággal (éghajlat, növényzet, szabályok, tápanyagok, utak). A flóra és a fauna egyensúlyát és működését három afrikai ökoszisztémán: a sivatagon, a szavannán és a trópusi esőerdőn keresztül mutatja be. A biológiai metaforára építve értékeljük a hazai vállalkozói ökoszisztémát. A tanulmány hozzájárulása a szakirodalomhoz egyrészt koncepcionális (az állat- és növényvilág metaforájának integrálása), másrészt empirikus (a globális vállalkozói index logikájának felhasználása a diagnosztizáláshoz és a prioritások meghatározásához), továbbá kezelhető módszert kínál a mérés és a fejlesztéspolitika összekapcsolására.
