Abstract

My article presents the development of the HCP3 testing cell used at an automotive supplier company, aimed at increasing the production area, optimizing workflows, and reducing the scrap rate. The physical redesing of the cell, together with ergonomic improvements and the implementation of an automatic scrap removal sístem, signifocantly improved productivity, reduced the proportion of defective products, and increased employee satisfaction. As a result of these developments, both the production capacity and the effeiciency of the processes increased substantially.
