Abstract
Clear cell sarcoma (CCS), also known as malignant melanoma of soft parts, is a rare and aggressive soft tissue sarcoma. We present pioneer case of a 76-year-old female patient with CCS with novel finding of PRAME negativity, which can be a potential diagnostic marker to separate it from malignant melanoma. The clinical presentation, diagnostic workup, treatment modalities along with a review of relevant literature are also discussed.
